Why choose
Officially Authorized Online Programs
Our programs are not delivered online merely for convenience. The online delivery format is expressly authorized under Mexico’s Secretary of Public Education (SEP) RVOE framework, which is the official process through which private study programs are granted official validity. This is often an important requirement for recognition by credential-evaluating authorities in other countries.
A Real Research-based Doctorate
Three years, six semesters, and 4,320 study hours, with 74% devoted to dissertation research. Five research-based doctoral courses lead to an original research project and its oral dissertation.
Dissertation Support From Day One
You are assigned a dissertation chair at the start and complete a graded research milestone in every research course—instead of just one final submission at the end. This way, you always know where you stand.
Nothing Extra to Pay
Your degree is issued in Spanish as an official Mexican degree. Certified English translation, apostille, transcript and digital credential are all included. No application fee, no graduation fee. Pay monthly via international debit and credit cards.

Why a Mexican university?
The honest answer is cost. A comparable doctorate in the United Kingdom or the United States often exceeds. Ours is priced against Mexican costs, and it is regulated under Mexico 's RVOE framework that has been in place for decades.
Mexico has a large, formally regulated private higher education sector. RVOE is the official recognition granted program by program, and it states the mode of delivery on its face — which is the specific thing most credential authorities check when they see an online degree.
What we are not: a British or American university, and we will not dress up as one. If your promotion board or licensing body requires a qualification from a particular country, buy that qualification. We would rather lose your enrollment now than take thirty-six payments from you and disappoint you at the end.
How do I know this is not a degree mill — and could my government invalidate it later?
You are right to ask, and you should ask it of every institution that contacts you. Professionals across several countries have had certificates invalidated because their institution was never properly authorised in the country that issued the degree. That is the risk you are trying to avoid, and it is the correct risk to be worried about.
Each of our programs holds its own RVOE, issued before enrollment opened: 2024-081 Education, 2024-089 Business Administration, 2024-114 Project Management. These are public records. Look them up yourself at [[URL_REGISTRO_PUBLICO_RVOE]] before you speak to anyone here.
Then apply the practical test. A degree mill does not verify your documents, does not interview you, does not require authenticated originals, and will not fail you. We verify your master's degree directly with the institution that issued it, we interview you, we require legalised documents before enrollment, and candidates do fail modules and defences.
What we cannot do is decide for your authority. Recognition of a foreign qualification is determined by the competent body in your own country, never by us. Contact them before you enrol, not after — we will help you assemble the file.
Why is it this affordable? What is the catch?
If our tuition looks low against a British or American doctorate, here is where the difference comes from.
Tuition is set against Mexican cost levels, not London or Boston ones. There is no campus, no accommodation and no relocation in your cost, because you do not relocate. And we bill monthly across three years instead of demanding a year upfront, which is a cash-flow choice, not a discount.
What the price does not buy you is an easier program. The credit load, the dissertation, the similarity checks and the oral defence before a five-member panel are the same as for any doctoral candidate here. If you are looking for a certificate without the work, we are the wrong institution and you will lose your money.
How does it actually work — how long, what language, do I have to travel?
Three years, six semesters, fully online. Dissertation research begins in your first year rather than at the end, and you complete a graded milestone in each research course instead of one submission three years later.
Coursework and supervision are in English. You do not need Spanish to study. Your degree certificate itself is issued in Spanish — it is an official Mexican document and that is what gives it legal standing — and comes with a certified English translation and an English transcript.
Our candidates sit between Manila and the Caribbean, so no hour suits everyone. Live sessions at least every two weeks, attendance is optional, and all of them are recorded. Your defence is normally held by videoconference. Coming to Querétaro for graduation is optional and always has been.
Will my certificate say the degree was earned online?
[[REDACTAR CON EL DATO EXACTO: qué dice el título, qué dice el certificado de estudios, y qué consta en el acuerdo de RVOE respecto de la modalidad.]]
We tell you plainly rather than let you find out at the evaluation desk. Credentialing authorities ask about delivery mode as a matter of routine, and a degree whose “distance-learning mode” was formally authorised by the regulator is in a far stronger position than one where the question is unanswered. Concealing it would not help you; documenting it does.
Who teaches me, and will they understand my country?
Every doctoral tutor holds a doctorate in the field, at least five years of teaching or professional practice, and recent academic output. Your defence is examined by a five-member panel of doctorate holders accredited for the purpose. Teaching and supervision are conducted in English.
On context, the honest answer: your supervisor may never have worked in your country. That is ordinary in doctoral study anywhere, and part of your job as a researcher is to make your setting legible to a reader who does not live in it — an examiner abroad will need the same. Tell us your intended field when you submit your topic and we will match you as closely as our faculty allows.
Can I use "Dr."? Will my employer accept it for promotion?
This is a research doctorate — [[74]]% of your study hours go into original dissertation work, ending in a thesis and an oral defence. The Mexican degree is Doctor en Educación, which translates exactly as Doctor of Education. The Mexican system does not use the "PhD" designation at any level, so its absence says nothing about the standing of the degree; we use the exact translation so that your certificate and your CV say the same thing.
Whether your employer counts it towards promotion is their policy, not ours, and it varies by institution even within one country. Ask your HR or your promotions committee before you enroll. Write to us and we will send you a documentation pack — RVOE details, curriculum, credit load, delivery mode — so you can put a complete file in front of them rather than a link.
Can I actually pay from my country?
All tuition is billed in US dollars. In your country you can pay by international debit and credit cards. The local method is only the channel — the amount charged in your currency depends on the exchange rate and your provider's fees on the day.
If your bank restricts international card spending, or currency controls tighten, tell us before the due date rather than after. We can agree a schedule in advance. We cannot undo a suspension nearly as easily as we can prevent one.
One rule with no exceptions: we never accept cash, and payment always goes to the official gateway in your own name. [[AJUSTAR SEGÚN DECISIÓN SOBRE AGENTES: si no hay agentes, añadir "Nobody is authorised to collect money on our behalf." Si los hay, enlazar la lista oficial.]]
What do I need to apply?
A master's degree from a recognised institution, a research concept paper of 1,500–2,500 words, and an interview with the program coordinator by videoconference.
No IELTS or TOEFL if your previous degrees were taught and examined in English — a medium-of-instruction letter from your university is enough.
Your degree certificate, transcript and birth certificate must be authenticated before enrollment, not afterwards. In your country that means an apostille from your national authority. Allow two to four weeks. This is the step that delays most applications, so start it first.
We verify your master's degree directly with the institution that issued it. Where that institution charges a verification fee, it is payable by you.
What if I miss a payment, need more time, or have to stop?
All three have answers and none of them is buried. A late installment carries a 5% monthly charge, and two unpaid installments suspend platform access until you are current. If your dissertation runs past three years there is one further year, granted on written request, with its own fee. If you have to stop, request leave in writing before you stop — and note that [[30]] consecutive days without logging in counts as abandonment, even while you are writing.
Tuition covers teaching, supervision, examination and the issuing of your degree. Enrollment fee, document authentication and courier, and module retakes are billed separately — the amounts are published.
